Indiscernible Tomorrow
I hate thinking about tomorrow.

Everyday I have the compulsion to send my self into a trance, to be plagued by the "what-ifs" and "what thens" of the next week, the next month, the next years. I end up gripped by the notion that life is short, and... fruitless? And then I feel empty.

Perhaps its normal. Especially when time is finally given to you. You get the breathing space that you need. And once you have it. You don't want it. You don't want time to think, to mull over things...time to stop...to breathe. You were so used going 120 km per hour...simply looking ahead, getting things done. When you completely stop you realize you are in one confined space, that your world has become so narrowed its suffocating.

"What am I doing here?" you think. "Ive never asked myself that before"

"What was I doing?", "Where was I"... you suddenly don't remember

Its a shitty feeling

But life goes on.

Time won't wait. It doesn't give a shit for you.

You just have to go on...

When?

How?

You decide.

I hate thinking about tomorrow. So I might as well just live it.

As long as you have made one person smile, your life is not in vain. Yous should not feel empty marbin, especially when you make Everyone around you feel special and loved. You have brought us many smiles and comforted us all the time. I still have your graduation picture on my shelf being hugged by one of those clips which are koalas. and i always feel special and warm when i read the encouraging message on the back and smile back at you. You're my big cousin!

Thanks Armand. YOU have made me smile. It was just one of those weird days. Don't worry they don't usually last. Don't forget that YOU also inspire me. In you I see so much promise and strength.

Hope to see you in Vancouver.

Wow patho! That's great. When will you start if ever?

As for me, I'm applying for the January exam. Kinda taking things slowly. I've reserved the entire September as an adjustment period, then I'll start serious reviewing on October. I hope I get into a good residency program. I've heard that its really difficult for an IMG here, especially in British Columbia. But I'm praying that things'll change.

Mail me when your plans of going here are definite. San ka sa Canada pupunta? Drop by Vancouver. I'll be more than glad to show you around

Keep me posted.
